Organic Coupons – Where to Find Them - (Stage 1)

Many people hesitate to clip coupons from the Sunday paper, claiming that the coupons are generally for junk food. While I don’t completely agree with that statement (refer to my post “Questions from Readers…Aren’t You Sacrificing Healthy Eating for Junk Food When You Use Coupons?”), I do hope that more organic and natural foods coupons will be made available in the paper. That being said, just because they’re not in the paper, it doesn’t mean that you can’t get your hands on organic and natural coupons right now, as you sit at your computer. I regularly obtain organic coupons and combine the coupons with sales to get free or low cost organic and natural items (I always have a coupon for organic milk!).

So… where can you get coupons for organic and natural products? Well, look no further! I’ll be updating this post monthly so you no longer need to do the legwork. Just visit my blog to find out where to get them! Most of these brands can be found in the natural section of major supermarket chains.

Over the next three days, I’ll post about where to find organic and natural coupons. This will be broken in to three categories:

1) I want my organic coupons today! (coupons that you can get your hands on right now and/or companies with current promos)

2) Yeah, I can wait a bit… (sites that promise special offers if you sign up). This has been posted. Read here.

3) Maybe if I ask, they’ll send me some (sites that don’t have e-mail lists). This has been posted. Read here.

If there is an organic or natural foods company that you’d like to see more of, please leave a post. Also, as companies update their sites, you may find new coupons that I haven't mentioned or go to a site and notice that a coupon has disappeared. If this happens, please let me know. Also, if you find this useful, please leave a post so I can know that my hard work is not in vain (and thanks to Danny for sitting up at 2am creating the links on this! You're a rock star!)

So here’s the first category…

  1. Great list! Thanks for putting this together.

Are you familiar with HealthESavers? http://healthesavers.com

The only problem is my grocery store wouldn't take the one coupon I tried from that site. It could have just been that cashier. I will try again.

  3. Susan - Thanks for sharing the correct link for Heath eSavers. That link was covered under Shop Nature Oasis, so for next month, I'll correctly link it to Heath eSavers (Health eSavers is the natural version of Coupons.com where you can find the coupons at various sites all over the internet).

  6. Thanks so much for this list! Since we've switched to buying almost all organic, I've missed using coupons. It's really nice that you've assembled such a huge list! I'm off to check out the Silk and Muir Glen deals now.

  8. Yes! This helps. Thank you so much for all the research. I have just started couponing the past two months and have found that Smartsource and Redplum are largely conventional processed foods. This list will help my family tremendously!

  10. Congrats on the Lead from moneysavingmom!

Wow, I love this article. Do you know if there is a new Mambo Sprouts out right now? I figure so, but getting to Harry's without the kids is hassle and you know I want to get like 3 copies.

  16. Nature's Promise - do you mean Nature's Promise at http://www.natures-promise.com/?

Zombie Mommy - regarding Mambo Sprouts coupons, Whole Foods has the Feb-March 31 coupon booklet in store currently.

Frugal Franklin - please re-send your link so I can check it out. The link isnt working.

Gluten Free - other than the snack bars at "Enjoy Life Foods" (posted above), I don't see alot currently. However, I will be posting some more organic and natural food companies today that don't currently have coupons on their site but I would encourage everyone to e-mail the companies and request coupons. The more people that request coupons, the more companies will stand up and take note that consumers are looking for them. If you know of any specific gluten-free manufacturer's that aren't on any of my lists, please let me know so I can add them next month.

  17. Wow, great work putting this all together. Thanks! I'm linking to this post from my blog.

To the poster who wanted to know about Quorn, I sent them a complimentary email and asked if they would send me some coupons (I included my mailing address). About 6 weeks later they sent me a Free Item coupon as well as a few 1.00/any coupons. HTH!

  25. I'm so tired of hearing the same old line "there are no coupons for healthy products"

Thanks for helping get the word out there about organic foods and the coupons that help them cost less! If only more people knew. Every coupon used is money in the pocket.

  26. One to add to your list: Ecover. They make green cleaning products - usually stocked in Whole Foods.

They have a coupon site, which has both a $1 and 75cent coupon currently:
    http://www.ecovercoupons.com/
    and here: http://www.ecover.com/us/en/Promotions/

    Thanks for putting this together!

  27. This is a great list - thanks! I have been buying organic/natural for some time as I have a sensitivity to preservatives. Our grocery bill has doubled so I have become a major coupon clipper. I've found that Kroger sometimes has things that are not in their flyer - one day I found Organic Valley lactose/fat free milk marked down as a manager's sale to 1.00. I had an OV coupon for $1.00 and got it free! Thanks again.

Greenwala is like a "green" version of Facebook, but with purpose. The goal of the community is to help people in all different stages of "greeniedom" to achieve a healthier lifestyle and learn to help the environment one day at the time through their actions. We just set up a new group for members called
"Coupon Links & Strategies To Go Green and Save Green" and I personally think that your contributions would add great value!! When you join, a tree will be planted in your honor, so that's pretty cool right out of the gates. What do you think? Here's a link to the group: http://tinyurl.com/o62z6w

  36. As a frugal mom of 4 with over 20 years of experience shopping on a budget, I have tested just about every level of grocery coupon use that a person can do; from all, to some, to none, and back again. Coupon use will vary depending on people's circumstances. I have known many people who refuse to use coupons because they feel they just don't have time. As a working mom myself, who barely has time to shop for groceries, let alone clip grocery coupons each week, I truly do understand. Yet, not using a grocery coupon on an item that you're going to purchase anyways is just like throwing money away. Yes, it does take a little time each week to clip the coupons and take them to the store, but just like earning money takes time, so does saving money!
