Free Combo Meal at Chick-fil-A on July 10

Chick-fil-A's annual Cow Appreciation Day is back! Head off to Chick-fil-A on July 10 fully dressed as a cow and receive a free combo meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). If you can't quite do the full attire (if you're just wearing a shirt, hat, etc.), you'll still get a free entree for your effort. OK, so I'm generally of the opinion that if you're really got to work for your freebie, then it's not really a freebie, but this is actually a really fun event if you have kids, so go ahead and give it a try! No costume? No worries! Chick-fil-A has a "costume kit" on their site where you can print out some cutouts to make your own basic costume and they have cute photo suggestions (white t-shirt and pants or a dress with black dots will be easy).

Chick Fil A Promos

Bloggers love to write about Chick Fil A items. Before you head out to your local store for the Chick Fil A freebies that you've read about, call your local store to see if they're actually running the promo. that you've read about. Chick Fil A runs two types of promos: 1) National promos such as the Jan 1 promo that wrote about last week, or the annual day where you dress up as a cow to receive free food and 2)Local promotions where your store may be giving out free items as part of a weekly event, to support a cause, etc. On the Affluent Pauper site, I only post national Chick Fil A promos unless the freebie is covering several markets.

Make any purchase at Chick-Fil-A on January 1 (10:30 am to 6:00 pm) and get a coupon for a free chicken biscuit on your next visit. Valid in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, and WY.

Another note for your calendar... Last month they wanted us to dress like cows to get free food. On labor day, if you’re wearing at least one visible article of clothing that contains any football team logo or collegiate logo and you mention the promotion, you will receive a free three-count order of Chick-n-Strips at participating locations from 10:30 a.m. until close. Yey! We love free food!
